The Assignment: Financial Controller for the carve-out of the Animal Nutrition & Health business.
The Role
As Financial Controller, you will be part of the carve-out of the Animal Nutrition & Health division at Dsm-firmenich. The Financial Control & Accounting (FC&A) EMEA team, consisting of 140 professionals, is seeking additional support for this transformative project. There are 9 positions available via Yacht, ranging from junior to senior levels, with a minimum duration of 1 year.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the financial activities of legal entities involved in the carve-out.
- Execute financial planning, reporting, and monthly closings.
- Ensure compliance with internal and external regulations.
- Support asset and liability transfers to newly established legal entities.
- Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
